now that so much Word has been fed to me, what do I do with it?  that should always be the question for all of us christians, what do we do with the word we heard?  talking about myself, not only has the word rejuvenated me, but it has made me reconstruct my own Christian life, yes, anyone in their golden age can do what I am doing now...God will show you what to do..
